Crystal-spitted, acting as mirrors of the streets,
Argentinian Buildings stand alongside each others;
no signs of being discrete.
Unamusingly beside their post-modernist street companions
Lie multiple other French baroque-style
Yet I truly desire to unravel,
How come strolling along a sidewalk
Can comprise such an abrupt travel
Through various historic periods
All the while feeling like an aristocrat
Within a city whose great majority is the middle class?
One same block with multiple dimensions of time,
Being dominated only by one social stand.
It is a country
as an example of multiple others,
And Baroque-like architecture
All-together in one post-modernist era
Still dominated by the representation of the monarchy
During the Renaissance.
